3.5X Revenue and 6X Profit - The Dani Sidoriuk Story

How Dani Sidoriuk went from discounting his best work with no clear ideal customer to 3x more closes, 3.5x revenue, 6x profit, and $14k in a single month.

By Greg Gelf

Dani Sidoriuk started working with us in January 2026. He came from a fairly big studio where a lot of the artists already knew Pixelim.

Dani is a real sportsman. Willing to do whatever he needs to improve, shows up every day, even when times are hard. He’s a retired ball player who still coaches school kids for the love of it. That same discipline is how he runs the tattoo business.

What Was Working, and What Wasn’t

The tattooing was good. The business around it was leaking.

Dani was discounting his best work. And most of all, he had no clear ideal customer. At first we found that the average customer did not really understand Dani.

The Strategy - Building a Brand for a Specific Audience

Then the part that actually mattered. We built a brand that talks mainly to ball players and ball lovers. That was our ideal client, and ball players noticed it. We also added a small secret sauce that most people would call complete BS. It took months and a lot of reps before anything measurable showed up.

Then everything changed. Clients assumed Dani was expensive because the brand was that fine, and other artists started asking him for marketing advice.

Three Months of Head-Down Work Before Anything Showed

While we made the branding change, Dani also moved into another studio in a different city. Two major changes at the same time. That was a difficult stretch.

But Dani kept believing, and did the best he could to keep moving.

The Summer Dani’s Schedule Filled Up

Then summer came. But his schedule filled.

By the end of spring Dani’s brand was recognizable, and closing new clients got much easier. They arrived already qualified. The brand had done the hard part before the conversation started.

What Actually Worked

There is a single small thing we added to Dani’s posts.

We put in things that only his ideal clients would love. Everyone else would probably not even understand them. It appealed to the right people so much that it actually moved them to book a session.

The results were already there. That one small touch is what did wonders with his ideal customers.

In Dani’s Own Words

Translated from Dani’s message to us:

“It is all the small things together, and without you I would not have managed to connect them.

Like you said on our first call, it does not leave my head. We are partners in the business, and that is exactly how it feels.

You are making my vision real, and the dream of working at what I love.

The $14k months are around the corner. I feel it in my bones.“

In July we indeed got to $14k. Keep growing, Dani.

What This Story Actually Shows

Same lesson we keep seeing across our artists. Dani already had the craft, the discipline, and the character. What was missing was a brand tight enough to make the right people book on sight - and a specific audience narrow enough that everything the brand said could point directly at them.

Once those pieces clicked into place, the same artist and the same tattoos produced completely different results.
