Who we are

Pixelim is a marketing partner for tattoo artists. These terms are between you and Pixelim Group Ltd, referred to here as Pixelim or we. Our website is pixelim.io and you can reach us at greg@pixelim.io.

These terms cover both the service and the Pixelim client app at app.pixelim.io.

The engagement

Pixelim works with tattoo artists on a long-term retainer. What is included is agreed with each client directly rather than fixed by this page, and it covers use of the Pixelim client app.

We work on a monthly retainer with no minimum contract length. We recommend at least three months because the work compounds, but either side may end the engagement at the end of any paid month.

Ad budget is separate, and it is yours

The retainer does not include advertising spend. Campaigns run in your own Meta ad account, billed by Meta to your own payment method, under a budget you set and can change at any time. We never hold or bill your ad budget, and we do not take a percentage of it.

Payment

The retainer is billed at the beginning of each month. Prices are quoted before VAT. A client's rate is the rate agreed when they joined, and later price changes apply to new clients rather than existing ones.

What we need from you

The service depends on things only you can do: granting access to your Meta ad account and Instagram, supplying your monthly figures for leads, closes, and revenue, and completing the tasks agreed on your calls. We cannot report accurately on figures we were not given, and campaigns cannot run on an account we cannot reach.

Connected accounts

Some features ask you to connect an account you own, such as Meta or Google Calendar. These connections are optional, they are requested with the narrowest access that makes the feature work, and you can disconnect any of them from inside the app or from the provider directly, at any time, without asking us. What each connection reads is described in our Privacy Policy.

Your content

Photographs, videos, and copy you give us remain yours. You grant Pixelim permission to use them in the advertising and content we produce for you. We may ask separately before using your results as a case study, and you are free to decline.

What we do not promise

Advertising results depend on your work, your market, your pricing, and platforms we do not control. We do not guarantee a particular number of enquiries, bookings, followers, or revenue, and any figures we have shared from other clients are history rather than a forecast.

We also depend on services run by others, including Meta, Google, and WhatsApp. Where one of them changes a rule, restricts an account, or goes down, we will tell you and work the problem, but we are not liable for their decisions.

Ending the engagement

Either side may end the engagement at the end of a paid month by saying so. On request we will export your reports and data, and we will delete what we hold within 30 days. Your ad account, your Instagram, and your content stay with you, because they were always yours.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms materially we will tell clients directly rather than only updating this page. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
