About Pixelim

Data we access

We access data through official APIs:

Meta APIs: Through our app (ID 1312346574141345), we access ad accounts, campaigns, metrics, and public Instagram posts. We do not access private user data, direct messages, or personal information of end users.

Google Workspace APIs: Used via OAuth authorization to store reports, contracts, and operational documents on a Pixelim-owned account.

WhatsApp Business API: Used to send client reminders and reports.

How we use the data

We use accessed data to run Meta campaigns, generate performance reports, send client updates, and handle invoicing. We do not use client or ad account data for any purpose other than operating the service.

Storage and retention

Performance data is stored transiently or in Google Drive and internal databases during engagements plus a reasonable archive period.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share client or end-user data with third parties. Access is restricted to relevant staff.

Security and client rights

Credentials use restricted-access storage and least-privilege scopes. Clients can revoke access anytime or request deletion within 30 days by contacting gregory.gelf@gmail.com.
