About Pixelim
How Pixelim Ended Up Serving Tattoo Artists.
Pixelim officially started in 2023 as an experience-led CMO-as-a-service. We ran digital marketing for a mix of industries - e-commerce, fitness, health, jewelry, fashion, music schools, personal growth, gifts, campaign managers, adult toys, and more. Different worlds, same goal: get clients real results while giving them the best human experience we could.
Before and after founding Pixelim, Greg had already spent years building an audience - 200k followers across platforms on one of his accounts, teaching digital marketing to over 1,000 business owners in various formats, lecturing in a university course, and appearing as an AI-marketing lecturer in Nas Daily's worldwide program on digital marketing and AI.
Hadar has been in sales and account management roles since his teenage years. He joined Pixelim as an account manager - the single point of contact for every client, making sure the team delivered on what was promised. At its peak, Pixelim ran with a 10-person team - videographers, editors, photographers, a full production and operations machine. Hadar kept the whole thing moving. Greg made sure it kept growing.
That skill combination proved itself deadly. Greg thinks about the strategic moves that get us to the next milestone. Hadar knows how to plan for each client to actually make it happen in real life. Clients grew, and they enjoyed the work.
In late 2024 we took on a small side project with our first tattoo artist, Kfir Dahan. We built a lightweight consulting program to answer his specific needs. It grew his business faster than we expected. Word spread. Six months later we brought on a second artist. A year later, a third. Then a wave of demand hit. When we opened enrollment again in November 2025, we filled up in weeks and have been running at full capacity - 20+ tattoo artists at a time - ever since.
The pivot wasn't the smart business move. We could earn more in almost any other industry. But we loved the people, we felt the impact, and we saw how much we could actually change for a tattoo artist's life. So we said no to every other opportunity, and here we are.
The Team
Meet Greg Gelf and Hadar Shmueli.
Greg Gelf - Strategy and Growth
Greg's biggest strength is long-term strategy. While studying international business (MBA, 2021), he went deep on going viral as a content creator - eventually teaching digital marketing to over 1,000 business owners across live workshops, courses, and 1-on-1 mentoring. He was also a lecturer in Nas Daily's worldwide program on digital marketing and AI. Today he stacks all of that on top of a tech-first mindset, building AI agents to serve every artist we work with.
In Pixelim, Greg is responsible for the growth of each artist. He's a glass cannon - always pushing forward, exploring new scales, hunting the next high-leverage move. He analyzes the data and builds the systems that keep clients in front of the modern tattoo business world.
Hadar Shmueli - Operations and Execution
Hadar was blessed with a sense that lets him deeply understand the person in front of him - to feel what they need, what they want, and what they need but can't put into words. That personality makes him naturally skilled at sales, service, communication, and working with people in general.
Hadar is the perfect partner for Greg. His skill is making sure everything actually happens - while giving each client a special, custom treatment. Operations, order, communication. No task left undone. No decision left unimplemented.
Hadar helps plan their schedule, follows up on what's missing, and keeps the whole system moving and working. Most importantly, Hadar listens to each client's situation, and knows when to change the pace - slower or faster, according to each artist's personal situation.
Beyond partners, they're family. Hadar is married to Greg's younger sister.

We don't want you to sign long-term contracts. The first quarter is usually the hardest for our clients - there's a lot of habits to change, and both sides getting used to working together. We stop around 15% of projects at this point if we recognize incompatibility after starting. If we keep working after that, consider us your long-term growth partner.
